Our Refund Policy Is There Are No Refunds, Exchanges, Substitution, Transfers, Or Credit
We provide the lowest prices and even lower prices when you commit early. So if you’re on the fence, register/book late or onsite when you are 110% sure you are competing or attending.
Why are we so hardcore? 0ur production is way bigger and better than the competition. The Venues we select are more expensive than a Community Centre or School Hall. We commit BIG time to bring you the absolute best experience which is why we need you to commit when you register for our contests.
We know that no prep is perfect. You have to power through the adversity. We all get hurt, work sucks, family members get sick, car accidents happen, etc, etc. So we are holding you accountable to make you a better athlete. In the event our contest is postponed, we commit to you by providing the contest at the next best date and will automatically transfer your registration, competitor needs, and tickets to that date.
Do we make exceptions? If you do have a VERY Serious Medical Complications/Emergency for withdrawal from a Contest. You will need a doctor’s note on a doctor’s letterhead. However, we reserve the right to say, “Still not good enough.” Remember when Whitney Jones won the Arnold with a torn ACL while wearing a knee brace? If she can pull that off, your medical emergency needs to be worse. A sinus infection isn’t gonna cut it. A pulled hamstring won’t either. If it is torn, we need to see the MRI. We will call the doctor to verify the letter.
We will respond to your message AFTER the event. In the final weeks leading up to the event, we have to assure that we are 110% on point for the contestants and fans that will attend. In the event your request is approved after the show, there will be a 10% transaction fee deducted from your total.
Occasionally, people attempt to circumvent this policy by submitting a chargeback on their credit card or Paypal/Payfast. In such cases, we will pursue the funds in court, submit to collections, and submit a report to the NPC Worldwide Head Office with a recommendation of suspension. Of course, such dubious behavior will result in suspension from every Champagne Productions event.
When you purchase ANYTHING on our website, you are agreeing to these terms and you cannot complete a transaction without initialing that you agree to these terms.
ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
All Online Store Purchases are not Refundable and the sale is deemed final on the conclusion of the transaction. Should the purchased item be incorrect or unsuitable, a 7 Day Exchange Period applies in which a suitable exchange is possible provided the item is returned within the 7 Day period in the original condition of Sale. If no suitable substitute is readily available, a credit will be issued for the customer to redeem towards a new order for the exchange item.
Certain items are excluded from the 7 Day Exchange Period in the instance where no compromise available for items where Personal Hygiene is a factor. eg. Masks, Underwear etc
All Items listed, should they not be ex-stock, are available on Backorder. The average turnaround for items on Backorder is 2-3 weeks from time of order. Should the purchased item be on backorder for longer than 3 weeks our office will be in contact to advise accordingly.
When COVID-19 requires a venue or date change, your purchase will be automatically moved to the new date and venue. If you choose not to compete/attend the adjusted show, you may receive a credit to a future Champagne Productions Contest. However, you MUST notify us more than 30 days before the event. If you miss the cutoff date, your purchase will expire and no transfer will be available.
We are committed to do everything possible to make sure the event will go on. We often work very long hours and spend much more on production when there is venue or date change so that these events can continue. This is why your commitment is imperative.
Only if an event is cancelled, meaning the event will not take place within the succeeding 12 months from the original scheduled date, you may choose a refund or credit. By choosing a refund, there will be a 10% transaction fee deducted from your total.
